Technical Service

We provide a full technical service for our products through our associate company Mimosa Africa Limited.

This includes visits by our Technical staff to the markets on a regular basis, tannery trials when requested as well as trials carried out in our own or in leased (BSLT UK) facilities.

We have various laboratory facilities available to us within the organisation where regular analysis and monitoring of our products is carried out.

Technical Literature

We have two booklets – Tanning with Mimosa and Retanning with Mimosa which has a full description of our various mimosa extracts as well as basic processes using our products to make different types of leather.

These booklets are updated periodically and the list of processes is not exhaustive and we have additional processes available that are not in the booklets.

These booklets are available on request.

All our products have specification/data sheets and material safety data sheets which are again available on request.
